3.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating our Services, subject to confidentiality obligations. These include:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and storage of user account data and form submissions
  • Stripe: Payment processing for subscription billing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)

Kit (ConvertKit): Email marketing and automated delivery of newsletters, lead magnets, and product communications. When you submit any opt-in form on our website, your name and email address are transmitted to Kit and subject to Kit's Privacy Policy

  • Google Workspace: Business email communications
  • Analytics providers: For website and application usage analysis

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., subpoena, court order, or government authority), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Capital Tech Solutions, our users, or the public.

3.3 Business Transfers

Opt-Out of Marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any Kit email or by contacting us directly. Note that unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional communications related to your account

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
